The Hestra Heli 3-finger for men isn't your dads ski glove... but it could've been. It's just that durable. Impregnated army goat leather and Triton/Entrant waterproof fabric make sure of that. These gloves are absolutely sick. I have been skiing in Colorado (ABasin and Keystone) for more than 20 years and these gloves are hands down the best pair I have ever owned. They keep your hands warm and dry even well above the tree line and I typically ski a 7-8 day. I would highly recommend them (although they are a bit steep from a cost standpoint!)
