Orders over $49 shipping to the lower 48 states will automatically receive free UPS Ground shipping. Express service options (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day, or 3 Day Select) and associated costs are available at check-out, as well as charges for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Free shipping offer valid online only, not available in store. Offer based on merchandise total and does not include taxes. Regular ground rates will be charged on orders less than $49.
Free Return Shipping
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of unused merchandise within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price. We will promptly refund your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise, and send you an email confirmation.
Customers residing in the lower 48 states may apply the enclosed prepaid UPS Return Shipping label(s), and give to any UPS driver or UPS Store. You can find the nearest UPS store at upsstore.com.
Shipping Time
Our goal is to ship orders within 1 business day. Expected shipment times for UPS Ground are illustrated below. These are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Rural addresses often require 1 or more additional days to deliver. Express orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional business day to deliver. If you need your order within a certain time frame, please call us with the item and we will let you know if we can deliver by your required date. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.
