The Patagonia Women's R2 Jacket is best described as lush. It's the type of fleece jacket that grabs you in October and doesn't let go until well into spring. Compressible and stretchy high loft fleece traps your warmth, while Polartec Power Stretch side panels regulate heat and keep you comfortable when you're active. The Women's R2 Jacket is just as comfortable on the slopes as it is hanging out in the lodge. It's best used as an insulating layer under your shell, or a outer fleece for cool days. The soft Polartec Thermal Pro body is just as breathable as it is warm, wicking sweat to keep you dry and warm. Several pockets, a softly lined collar, and offset shoulder seams for backpacking are just some of the extra features that make the R2 the last fleece that you'll need to buy.

Fit Tip: The R2 fleece is built to be layered underneath a shell and on top of a baselayer, so your normal size should be fine.
