Brief descriptions of positions that may be available

Clothing Sales

  • Shares enthusiasm and knowledge of fashionable and functional outerwear to help customers purchase great winter sports apparel
  • Uses creativity to set up and maintain in-store and front window displays.
  • Handles special orders for customers.
  • Receives and processes shipments containing the latest merchandise for the upcoming season.
  • Assists in end-of-day restocking and closing procedures
  • Processes warranty claims with vendors.
  • Maintains reputation for excellent customer service.

Equipment Sales

  • Uses extensive knowledge to help customers purchase equipment and accessories with the best fit, performance, and value so that customers will have the most fun and make the most progress possible, whether skiing, snowboarding, or skating.
  • Provides highly skilled boot-fitting service for people buying boots or needing problems solved.
  • Uses creativity to set up and maintain displays.
  • Receives and processes shipments containing the latest merchandise for the upcoming season.
  • Handles special orders for customers.
  • Processes warranty claims with vendors.
  • Assists in end-of-day restocking and closing procedures.
  • Maintains reputation for excellent customer service.

Service Technician

  • Performs the highest quality service on customers' ski and snowboard equipment including binding calibrations, base repairs, edge sharpening, waxing, etc. to maximize customers' fun, safety, and performance.
  • Customizes ski and snowboard rentals to customers' abilities and needs.
  • Fills out workorders, and processes pick-ups. Assists customers in and out of the store with their equipment whenever necessary.
  • Maintains a clean and organized workshop environment at all times.
  • Provides assistance in all aspects needed to keep a thriving sport related business moving into the future.
  • Maintains reputation for excellent customer service.
