"I would like to make you aware of the WONDERFUL experience I have had with skicenter.com customer service. About one month ago I ordered a new KJUS ski outfit which I had found on skicenter.com to cost significantly less that anywhere else I had looked, My order arrived, and I was completely satisfied, except the ski pants were too small. I called to get advice and was directed to Abbey on my size and color preference (as a larger one in the color I wanted was not available). Abbey suggested (above and beyond the call) that she could call the manufacturer and see if they had my size available. I was delighted! I have skied in my new suit several times now, and I am very pleased with the fit and performance of the outfit. Abbey also signed each order with a personal note, which I thought was great! "I would like to thank you, Kirk and everyone at the Ski Center for your continued support of Collin’s snowboarding ambitions. There were times this past season when Kirk came to the rescue. Collin brought in equipment with base and edge damage and under short notice, Kirk would prepare the equipment. It is gratifying to know that we can count on the Ski Center and that you truly have an interest in Collin’s development as a competitive snowboarder. Collin competed in the USASA Mid-Atlantic Regional Series, finishing the season with an overall national ranking of 1st for his age group and the invitation to compete in all five snowboarding disciplines at the National Championships. There he won the Gold Medal National Title for Snowboard Cross, a bronze medal for Slalom and the 2nd Place Overall National Champion Title for the five combined snowboard disciplines (Giant Slalom, Slalom, Halfpipe, Slopestyle and Snowboard Cross). It was a good year and Collin can’t wait for the start of next season."
