Great skiing starts at Ski Center. We have been outfitting skiers for over 50 years and are the Washington area’s premiere ski shop. Conveniently located in upper northwest DC, off of Massachusetts Avenue, we offer the best equipment and apparel available for today’s ski and snowboard enthusiasts.

Our staff has the knowledge and experience to assist all levels of skiers and snowboarders in the selection of proper equipment. Several staff members have ski instruction or race coaching experience and understand the needs of even the most advanced skiers.

Equipment can also be rented by the day, or leased for the season, a very popular solution for keeping kids in the right gear at an attractive price. The service department uses state-of-the-art tuning machines to restore skis and snowboards to “like new” performance.

You’ll find a large selection of both fashionable and technical outerwear for everyone from toddlers to adults. The latest designs and technology provide warmth, comfort and performance.

We have a great mix of Ski Center “lifers” and younger passionate working professionals that keep our store ahead of trends both in equipment and clothing.
